After 22 years in the real estate business and over $100 million in sales, I have to say that real estate is still my passion. I still love the thrill of putting "the deal" together. I think my success in real estate comes from within. It's that drive to succeed and that wonderful feeling you get when you have helped someone's dreams come true. What I have learned in these 22 years in the business is that the most important things never really change. Honesty, integrity, and always putting my clients first have been the foundation for my business.
I am a native of Columbus, Mississippi, a graduate of the University of Alabama, and have lived in Cobb County since 1980. I am married to Dave Ballard, a Cobb County physician and we have two wonderful daughters. Dallas is 18, and Mary Lauren is 12.
Through unique marketing programs, hard work, and a wonderful team, I have been able to rise to the top of my profession. My goal everyday is to exceed my client expectations. I believe that our success tomorrow depends on the quality of service we provide today.

Micki Zagoria is a native of Marietta (third generation) who really cares about the housing industry that shapes the City and the County. She graduated from the Marietta City School system as as well as all four of her children. Micki got her license over 30 years ago and joined the Judy Ballard Team about four years ago. She also has an extensive background in mortgage lending and closings, having worked for real estate attorneys and several local banks.

Betsy has recently joined the Judy Ballard Team. A long time Atlanta resident and a University of Georgia graduate, Betsy started her real estate career in 1989.
